Victor M. Fontes

BS Engineering ASU Department of Architecture specialized in Construction Engineering and is a Licensed Federal Fee Inspector for HUD, listed at Washington D.C. Fontes has extensive experience in the architectural and civil engineering design, administration, field supervision and management of heavy building and civil projects including; the Tucson Convention Center, The McHale Sports Arena at the UofA, numerous multi-million residential and commercial subdivision throughout Arizona, numerous Interstate highway projects, bridges, dams, industrial parks. Victor is an expert in state of the art computer aided design and drafting for architectural and civil projects.

Manuel T. Montano

PE, RLS, with a BS in Civil Engineering at the UofA. Mr. Montaňo has done design and construction work for Santa Cruz County and was Engineer for the City of Nogales. He also worked 25 years with ADOT in all aspects of Design and Construction for streets, roads and highways. His diverse experience includes water and sewer systems for private and public infrastructure. Mr. Montaňo is our senior advisor and engineer of record, he monitor commitments and oversee the design and certification of a project.

Thomas Spendiarian

Registered Architect in Arizona with a BS in Architecture from the University of Arizona. He has over twenty years experience in design and construction of Homes, building and industrial warehouses throughout Arizona and Mexico. He is a current member of the Pima County Planning and Zoning Commission.

Raymond Stadler

PE, RLS, Arizona, BS in Civil Engineering ASU. Raymond has served as engineer for Mohave County, Arizona and managed all public works and engineering department for same. He has extensive experience in designing, permitting and coordination of large, diverse and complex engineering projects for commercial, industrial, residential and roadway projects.

David G. Laredo

PE, BS University of Arizona; Emphasis in Structural Design, Hydrology, Sediment Transportation. Worked in with the Management Staff in the Pima County Public Works Department. Recent work is in private practice in the planning, design and construction of all typed or heavy and highway civil infrastructure projects.

Fred S. Benedict

RLS. He is highly efficient at field survey and data collection and has worked on many of our projects. He is also a resident of Santa Cruz County. Mount Benedict at Camino Del Cielo, in Nogales, was named for Fred's grandfather.

Michael Villa

Nogales native and expert field surveyor with outstanding skills in CAD/CAM programs for GIS. Mike should acquire his Land Surveyor Registration this year.

Rafael Fontes

BS in Architecture at Arizona State University and working as a designer and draftsman. He is in training and hopes to continue within this profession.
