Conceptual, planning and design of of lots, setbacks, streets and utilities. Preliminary design and layout of three model homes with sewer and water services and ingress - egress options.
Warehouse Storage and Truck Weighing Facility
Owner: Mr. Juan Lichter, Ruby Corners, Rio Rico, AZ.
Remodeling plans for existing structures and additions. Analysis trucking circulations and parking. Preliminary cost estimates for all utilities, paving and drain way studies.
R.V. Park and Facilities
Owner: Adroit L.L.C. of Patagonia, AZ.
Concept, configure and design of parking spaces, with sewer, water, electrical and all other services. Floodplain and Q100 calculations to analysis sheet flow and drainage control for same. Analysis of turning radius and entrance and street design for ADOT approval.
30 Acre 4800 Feet of 8inch Water Line Design
Owner: Sergio De La Rocha, Sahuarita AZ.
We did complete design of system and we hired WestLand Resources of Tucson, AZ. For the computer modeling of same and to analysis system pressures for hydrants, wells and feeder line issues. System is inside the Vail Water Co. franchise; they have approved our work.
Complex Land Survey / Parcel Splits and Trades of Property With The City
Owner: Adolfo Aguilar of Green Valley, Az.
We created numerous lots for existing houses and trades other parcels with the City of Nogales so that the owner could comply with lot sizes, setback and zoning issues. The project was complex and involved negotiating with the City. Our plans was approved.
Various Inspection Projects Throughout Pima and Cochise Counties
Owners: Include private homeowners and investment banks.
Work involves inspection analysis of existing and proposed structures and sites for compliance with VA, FHA and USDA Mortgage requirement as they are call for in Design and Construction Standards set by Housing and Urban Development.
Warehousing Cost / Benefit Studies and Lease Program
Owner: Kuroda International Industries, Culiacan Sinaloa, Mexico.
Work involved complex engineering economic financial analysis with as built plans of existing warehouses in Nogales. Created present-worth and rate of return analysis for lease costs. We hired two local R.E. Brokers for comparables and support information.
